£24.50 per hour
Standard weekday rate, excluding VAT and subject to signed client terms.

North London or another agreed high-cost area
add £2.00 per hour.
Night or weekend shift
add £2.50 per hour.
Bank holiday
1.5 times the standard rate.
Urgent booking made less than 12 hours before the shift
add £2.00 per hour.
Travel or accommodation for national assignments
quoted separately before booking.
Minimum booking
four hours for care and support workers; eight hours or an agreed day rate for interim managers.

Urgent bookings
A booking made less than 12 hours before the shift carries an additional £2.00 per hour. We confirm availability against each request and cannot guarantee cover at short notice.

From request to invoice

We confirm the rate, terms and whether a worker is available

The worker is briefed on the assignment and responsibilities

Hours are recorded on a weekly timesheet and approved by your service

Invoicing is weekly on 14-day initial terms, subject to credit approval
Temporary staffing terms, cancellation terms and provider responsibilities are agreed before the first shift. Prices exclude VAT.
