Recruitment and staffing
For care providers
Business-to-business prices, excluding VAT.
Fixed and percentage fees by role, invoiced on the agreed start date with 14-day initial payment terms subject to credit approval.
Care Worker or Support Worker
£1,250 fixed fee
Senior Care Worker or Team Leader
£1,750 fixed fee
Care Coordinator or Care Supervisor
£2,500 fixed fee
Deputy Manager
15% of starting salary, minimum £3,750
Registered Manager or Operations Manager
18% of starting salary, minimum £5,500
Home and community support
Practical support, priced by area
Hourly rates for non-regulated practical, household and community support, with minimum booking lengths.
Everyday support or carer relief companionship
£29 per hour
Bedfordshire · 2 hours minimum
Postnatal practical support
£34 per hour
Bedfordshire · 3 hours minimum
Hospital to home, decluttering or administrative project
£34 per hour
Bedfordshire · 3 hours minimum
- Evening or weekend: add £3.00 per hour.
- Bank holiday: 1.5 times the standard rate.
- Postnatal package: 5% discount when 20 hours are booked, or 8% when 40 hours are booked and scheduled in advance.
- Recruitment and staffing prices are business-to-business and exclude VAT.
- For home support, the total amount payable including VAT where legally applicable will be shown once the correct VAT treatment is confirmed.
- All prices remain subject to signed terms, assessment, worker availability, travel requirements and periodic review.
