Care Workforce Solutions
Permanent recruitment, temporary staffing and continuous recruitment partnerships for care providers across the UK, with candidates screened against the Renavea Candidate Standard.
The Renavea story
Renavea Care Partner was created around two recurring needs. Care providers need dependable people and organised recruitment support. Individuals and families sometimes need practical help that sits outside regulated personal care. We built one company with two clear divisions so neither is treated as an afterthought.

Our mission
To put well-prepared people and well-organised practical support exactly where care needs them — and to be honest about the limits of what we do.
Two divisions

Permanent recruitment, temporary staffing and continuous recruitment partnerships for care providers across the UK, with candidates screened against the Renavea Candidate Standard.

Practical, household and community support across North London and Bedfordshire, arranged around the individual or household and agreed in writing before support starts.
What we hold to
Candidates are screened against a defined standard before they are introduced, and home support is agreed in writing before it begins.
We confirm what we can deliver against each role, location and schedule rather than promising availability we cannot evidence.
Starting prices, charges and terms are published and confirmed before work begins.
People, households and candidate information are treated carefully and handled through approved secure routes.
How we work
A provider vacancy, a candidate's next role, or a household that needs practical help — we start by establishing what is actually required.
Screening against the Renavea Candidate Standard, or a written support agreement covering tasks, schedule and boundaries.
Shortlists, availability and pricing confirmed in writing before anyone starts work.
A named contact, agreed follow-up and an open conversation when something needs to change.
Care recruitment fails when people arrive unprepared. Our work concentrates on what happens before an introduction: identity and right-to-work evidence, DBS status, employment history, references, qualifications, training evidence and a structured suitability interview.
A great deal of what makes daily life manageable is practical: cooking, laundry, shopping, paperwork, company and getting the home ready after a hospital stay. That support should be organised well and described honestly.
Renavea currently provides non-regulated practical, household and community support. We do not provide regulated personal care, nursing, clinical treatment or medication administration. Medication reminders may be offered only where agreed. We will explain openly when a person's needs fall outside our present service and require an appropriately registered or clinical provider.
Looking ahead
Our intention is to deepen the recruitment division nationally and to extend practical home support thoughtfully across the areas we already serve — always describing our scope accurately and referring people on when their needs require a registered or clinical provider.
Tell us whether you are hiring, looking for work, or arranging support at home, and we will route you to the right team.
