Candidate Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Renavea Care Partner Ltd handles your information when you register, are sourced for a role, or are put forward to a care provider.
Information we collect
- Contact details and work history you provide when registering.
- Identity and right-to-work evidence appropriate to the role.
- DBS information appropriate to the role.
- References, qualifications, professional registration and training evidence.
- Notes from suitability conversations and your stated availability.
How we collect it
Information is collected through our secure candidate system, from you directly, and from referees and check providers you have been told about. Please do not email sensitive documents; use the secure route we provide.
Why we use it
We use your information to assess suitability, carry out the checks required for the role, introduce you to providers for permanent appointment, and supply you for temporary assignments. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a recruitment service, and compliance with our legal obligations. Where we handle criminal-records or health-related information, we do so under the conditions permitted for employment and safeguarding purposes.
Retention
Candidate records are kept for as long as we are actively working with you and afterwards only for the period needed to meet employment-agency, safeguarding, tax and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, and you can withdraw consent where we relied on it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Renavea never charges candidates a fee and does not guarantee work, shifts, sponsorship or placement.
