How the charge works
Clear, fixed and in advance
The monthly partnership fee is paid in advance and is the complete recruitment charge for managing up to two active frontline vacancies and making up to two included successful frontline placements during that calendar month. No separate placement fee is charged for included placements. Unused placement capacity does not roll over. Full terms, role exclusions, advertising allowance and replacement conditions apply.
Providers needing more than two active vacancies, more than two placements in a calendar month, or recruitment for management and specialist roles can request a tailored Growth or Priority partnership quotation.
Included frontline roles
Care Workers, Support Workers, Senior Care Workers and Team Leaders.
Quoted separately
Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, Care Coordinators and other specialist or senior appointments; partnership clients may receive an agreed discount.
Payment
monthly in advance for the selected 3, 6 or 12-month agreement.
Partnership condition
Unused capacity does not roll over to a later calendar month.
Advertising
standard sourcing activity is included; premium or unusually high-cost advertising outside the agreed allowance is charged separately with prior approval.
Hiring decision
the provider retains responsibility for its final interview, hiring decision and acceptance of all pre-employment checks.
Replacement search
one replacement search is offered within the agreed guarantee period where the package terms have been met.
Prices exclude VAT and are subject to signed client terms.
