Good to know
Provider questions
When is payment due?
Permanent placement fees are invoiced on the agreed start date and initial payment terms are 14 days, subject to credit approval and signed client terms.
What happens if a permanent placement does not work out?
A 12-week replacement arrangement applies where the signed client terms have been met. The specific conditions are set out in those terms before work begins.
How do temporary bookings work?
Tell us the role, location, shift times, responsibilities, service setting and essential competencies. We confirm availability against each request rather than guaranteeing cover.
How are timesheets handled?
Temporary hours are recorded on weekly timesheets, approved by your service and invoiced weekly.
What about cancellations?
Cancellation arrangements for temporary bookings are set out in the temporary staffing terms agreed with your organisation before the first shift.
What candidate information do you share?
We share a compliance summary and the information needed for your selection decision, through an approved secure process and with the correct data-protection basis.
Tell us about your vacancy
Share the service, role, location, schedule and preferred start date and we will confirm the right recruitment route, fees and terms.
